Co-founder
Anne-Sophie Villemin is the co-founder of Fabtech and leads client relationships and business development, bringing deep expertise across the international contemporary art market. She specializes in market strategy, sales structures, pricing frameworks, and executive-level client engagement.
Her career spans senior roles at David Zwirner (London), Christie’s (Post-War and Contemporary, London), Paul Kasmin Gallery, and Galerie Daniel Templon, as well as Director of Client Liaison at Science Ltd, where she worked closely with collectors, institutions, auction houses, and blue-chip galleries worldwide. Anne-Sophie is known for her market intelligence, discretion, and ability to align creative ambition with commercial strategy to drive long-term growth.
Dave Montgomery
Co-founder
David is the co-founder of Fabtech and plays a central leadership role in the execution of every project. With 17+ years in the creative-arts industry, he brings end-to-end production expertise from concept through delivery.
He has led large studios and complex productions for internationally acclaimed artists including Damien Hirst and Marc Quinn, combining a strong understanding of creative processes with rigorous technical and operational oversight. Known for building high-performing teams, David delivers ambitious projects to an international standard and is trusted for clear direction, decisive leadership, and turning complex ideas into finished reality.

Madeleine Staples is a senior art production professional with more than 15 years of experience delivering large-scale projects for internationally recognized artists. She leads end-to-end production across all medium, combining creative problem-solving with strong technical and digital expertise.
She specializes in complex, multi-faceted productions, managing schedules, documentation, reporting, and teams with precision. A clear communicator, she excels in cross-cultural collaboration. Madeleine is trusted to keep ambitious projects on track, on brief, and on deadline.

Senior Principle Technician
Toby is a senior art production specialist with 18 years of experience delivering complex projects across the global art industry. He brings deep, hands-on expertise in the installation, movement, and operation of large-scale sculptures and 2D works, with a strong command of tools, machinery, and on-site logistics.
Highly adaptable under tight deadlines, Toby has extensive experience in team supervision and training, as well as health and safety management, workplace risk assessments, and best-practice implementation. He is trusted to keep complex projects moving efficiently, safely, and on time.
